What you’ll do:

Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – ensuring quality and minimal waste.

Deliver fine dining for special functions and hospitality events.

Support and coach new team members on kitchen standards and procedures.

Manage stock, assist with deliveries, and maintain kitchen records.

Keep everything safe and spotless with regular checks and deep cleans.

What we’re looking for:

A relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent).

A confident chef who loves working as part of a team.

Flexibility, creativity, and great communication skills.

Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (UK residency for the past 3 years required).
