We are now looking for an EHSQ Manager (Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality) for our Helsingborg site

In this role you will be responsible for:

Leading and coaching a team of professional EHSQ specialists

Developing the local EHSQ strategy in collaboration with your team and ensuring alignment with Kemira’s global standards

Ensuring compliance with Swedish environmental, health, safety and quality legislation and regulations

Driving continuous improvement in EHSQ performance and culture across the site

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities and certification bodies

Being a part of Kemira Helsingborg's leadership team

What you’ll bring to the team:

University or technical degree in environmental science, biology, chemistry or a related field

Several years of qualified industrial experience in EHSQ roles

Strong understanding of Swedish EHS legislation and regulatory authorities

Proficiency in both Swedish and English

Several years of leadership experience with good references

A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility

Ability to influence and engage others to drive a culture of safety and quality
