Possibility of pay increase based on experience!

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines to produce steel components

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and tolerance requirements

Perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Work with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules

Troubleshoot and correct machining issues as they arise

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills (steel machining preferred)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and material characteristics

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable attendance and work ethic
