Position Overview:

We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and friendly Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. You’ll be assisting customers who are interested in learning more about ADT security systems, answering questions, and connecting them with the right offers to help them save on protection and installation.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, chats, and email inquiries from customers

Provide product information and assist customers with quotes

Explain ADT home security options and promotional offers

Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications:

Must live in or near Chicago, IL

High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)

Strong communication and computer skills

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center preferred

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home
