Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Guest Hospitality:

Smile and spread positive attitude to our guests.

Maintain eye contact and establish genuine connections with guests.

Speak enthusiastically and provide exceptional service.

Honor and promote adherence to the restaurant's vision and values.

Willingness to learn and effectively perform all tasks in Service and Hospitality Areas.

Anticipate guests' needs and go the extra mile to leave a memorable experience.

Assist guests and accommodate any special requests to ensure an excellent experience.

Be proactive and identify any needs in the main dining area to enhance guests' experience.

Drive-thru Operations:

Manage drive-thru operations with efficiency and precision while maintaining a focus on service and experience.

Communicate kindly and respectfully with each guest.

Ensure orders are delivered correctly and guests are satisfied with the service.

Team Collaboration:

Commitment on keeping all work areas clean and tidy for colleagues and guests.

Communicate effectively with visitors and team members.

Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards all coworkers.

Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.

Requirement for Candidates:

High school diploma or equivalent.
