ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER-MENSWEAR

We have exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our clients busy team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

In conjunction with the Store Manager, manage all aspects of running the store

Lead, mentor and develop the team

Provide exceptional customer experience

Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPI’s as set by the company

Requirements:

A genuine love and understanding of men’s fashion

An experienced leader with great mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to inspire others

Previous management experience in a retail or customer service environment

Outstanding communication skills

The ability to work Sunday to Thursday

Salary is market related.
