Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and passionate about delivering a 5-star customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.

Educate and communicate effectively with customers about service options and system performance.

Provide recommendations for system improvements or replacements when necessary.

Complete work orders and documentation accurately using the company software.

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory to company standards.

Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards.
