The IT Support Technician will set up, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and mobile devices
The IT Support Technician will install and update software, manage peripheral connections, and maintain system functionality
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Coordinate with third-party vendors to support networking and system upgrades
Maintain accurate logs of system configurations, issues, and resolutions PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT troubleshooting
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT-related field is a plus
Experience with network setup, routers, or hardware configuration is a plus
Salary is $55-$65k, DOE
