What You’ll Be Doing
Evaluate and optimize manufacturing machinery and systems
Lead root cause analysis and equipment troubleshooting
Design improvements and lead capital investment initiatives
Collaborate with internal staff and external vendors to modernize production
Mentor a loyal maintenance team and shape a new culture of continuous improvement

Be able to do the job as described
Thrive in a hands-on role with both strategic and technical responsibilities
Comfortable coaching long-tenured staff and shifting legacy mindsets
Able to design or reconfigure custom machinery with equipment partners
Strong skills in root cause analysis, lean practices, and PLC troubleshooting
