Starting with the role:

We are looking to hire a Planning & Budgeting Advisor to join our Planning & Budgeting team.

During your day you will:

Develop and revise Company’s Budgets and Business Plans and propose respectively to senior management

Coordinate and consolidate the Budgets and Business Plans of Group subsidiaries for senior management approval

Ensure alignment across Group Companies by applying common planning assumptions

Prepare variance analysis and other financial evaluations

Develop Budget & Planning Department reporting, to be approved by senior management

Coordinate projects related to budgeting and business planning processes, in cooperation with Head of Planning & Budgeting

Maintain and update tools used for budgeting, business planning, and decision-making

What you need to stand out:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.

Master’s degree, preferably in Finance sector or MBA, preferably, non-compulsory)

Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a Group of Companies with diversity and complexity

Proven background in preparing financial and business reports

Solid experience in business planning and budgeting processes

Familiarity with tools and applications for budgeting, planning, and decision-making tools and applications

Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
