Essential Job Functions:

Sourcing and attracting talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals and networking.

Running background checks and reference checks through HRIS system.

Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, assess candidates to determine their suitability for open positions.

Coordinate the interview process, schedule interviews and acts as the primary point of contact between candidates and hiring managers.

Facilitate job offers, including salary negotiating and discussing benefits package.

Handling HR/recruiting projects including brochures, pamphlets and other miscellaneous projects.

Stay current on industry trends, market conditions and recruitment best practices.

Maintain the recruiting budget, attend job fairs that are pertinent to healthcare.

Assist with other HR projects as needed.

HR Duties include new hire orientation/on-boarding, benefits, I-9, handbooks, job descriptions, salary surveys, employment poster checks, FMLA and engagement letters

Position Targeted Qualifications:

5+ years of experience preferred.

Bachelor in Business Management, HR, or a related field required.

Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PM.

Problem solving skills.

Attention to detail and organized.

Able to be patient and cooperative.

Good communication skills both verbal and written.

Consistent and resourceful.

Good interpersonal skills and is self-aware.
