Are you fluent in Dutch, passionate about cloud technology and ready to step into a high-impact role where you own renewals, build relationships and drive growth? Join our international team as a Cloud Renewal Specialist, working in a hybrid format with flexibility and global reach.

What youll do:

Manage the end-to-end renewal process for cloud and SaaS subscriptions: from renewal forecasting to quote generation and contract close.

Proactively engage with Dutch-speaking customers, understand their business needs, and propose renewal solutions that support their continued success.

Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Operations teams to align on process, pricing and customer satisfaction.

Track and report on renewal pipeline, identify at-risk contracts, and flag upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Ensure accurate data entry in CRM systems, monitor contract expirations well ahead of time, and maintain detailed renewal documentation.

What youll bring:

Native or fluent Dutch + strong command of English (verbal & written).

Experience in renewals, account management or customer-success roles preferably in a cloud / technology / SaaS environment.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail able to evaluate renewal data and derive insights.

Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (office + remote) and in a fast-paced international setting.

Self-motivated, proactive and customer-centric.
