What You’ll Do:

Answer inbound calls and online inquiries from customers interested in home security systems.

Provide clear and friendly information about ADT security packages, pricing, and current promotions.

Assist customers in scheduling their free installation and setting up accounts.

Maintain accurate records of calls and follow up as needed.

Deliver top-tier customer service with every interaction.

Requirements:

Must live in or near Dallas, TX

Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Basic computer and typing skills.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required).
