Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team

Educate patients and their families on health care plans and procedures

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

Valid license Practical Nurse in Massachusetts

1 year of experience in home health care required

1-2 years of experience as a licensed Practical Nurse

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
