Job Description

The In-Home CNA, caregiver, sitter provides compassionate, supportive, and high-quality personal care services to clients in the comfort of their homes. This role focuses on promoting dignity, independence, safety, and overall well-being while assisting clients with daily living needs. The CNA works closely with clients, families, and supervising staff to ensure individualized care plans are followed and that each client receives respectful, attentive, and professional care.

The In-Home CNA, caregiver, or sitter is responsible for tasks such as personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, mobility support, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, along with providing companionship and emotional support. The CNA must demonstrate patience, reliability, and excellent communication skills, and must adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA policies at all times.
