Job Details

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Accounting Analyst based in Powell, OH. The role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, posting journal entries, and performing a variety of accounting and financial tasks. It requires strong analytical skills and the application of advanced accounting principles. The Senior Accounting Analyst will work closely with other finance professionals to ensure accurate reporting and support data-driven financial decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in small to mid-sized, fast-paced environments

Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting skills

Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to independently manage projects

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills

Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities

Comfortable working in dynamic environments with change and ambiguity

Experience with Sage Intacct is strongly preferred

High level of ownership, accuracy, and accountability

Industry experience in real estate development, construction, or property management is a plus
