Description:

Identify and monitor successful or high-potential partner cases for replication and improvement.

Supervise client progress and experiments, drawing insights for field implementation.

Facilitate knowledge exchange and maintain the company’s corporate knowledge base.

Track market leaders’ adaptation to Industry 4.0 and analyze emerging startups and platforms.

Benchmark competitors and identify weaknesses in the SW system to propose strategic improvements.

Deliver monthly reports and toolkits to enhance SW participants’ competitiveness.

Manage partner communication channels (e.g., chats) and provide individual support.

Ensure timely information delivery and collect ongoing feedback for continuous improvement.

Document and share best practices and business results with the company.

Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere across partner networks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.

Experience in a similar position in an MLM company will be a big plus.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
