DevOps Engineer Data Science Plattformen

Project : For a long-term project with our client, we are seeking an experienced individual to build and expand the data science platform (Domino Datalab) on Microsoft Azure.

You will be responsible for platform operations, new requirements, release upgrades, and the integration of data sources and cloud services.

Working closely with the data science teams, you will advise business units, ensure best practices, security, and performance optimization.

Main tasks: Implementation and management of Kubernetes clusters and Terraform scripts for infrastructure automation.

Development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment.

Administration of SQL databases and support for the integration of Azure PostgreSQL.

Leveraging Azure Datalake Storage, Azure Functions and Microsoft Azure AI services to optimize data processes.

Using Docker to containerize applications for scalable deployment Requirements: Completed vocational training or university studies in computer science or a comparable qualification Proven experience in building cloud infrastructures and DevOps with Microsoft Azure.

Knowledge of the use of PaaS, SaaS or IaaS.

Experience with Prometheus or Grafana for monitoring and visualizing data.

Knowledge of modern authentication methods in hybrid environments (on-premises & Azure Cloud). Proven experience working in a DevOps team within an Agile Release Train Experience in the financial sector is an advantage.
