LabWare LIMS (SME)

Responsibilities:

Labware SME, AWS Cloud Operational experience, deploy Labware, configuration, Migration testing, validation, qualification.

Business requirements optimization.

Analyse and document customer requirements and business process.

Configure the Lab Ware LIMS solution to meet the customer needs.

DME (Digital method Execution), DLR experience.

MODA, Biovia and Sitara experience is added advantage.

Assist with the validation and testing stages.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide direction to customers.

Learn industry specific processes, requirements and operations; specialist through career progression. Requirements:

Proven Lab Ware LIMS experience.

Knowing AWS, cloud modernization will be an added advantage.

Minimum 6+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience and in laboratory systems.

Knowledge transfer/upskilling of Labware 8 functionality.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Lab Ware LIMS-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Provide expert guidance on system configuration, customization, and best practices.

Configure and customize Lab Ware LIMS to meet specific laboratory workflows and compliance standards.

Integrate laboratory instruments seamlessly with the LIMS system.

Understanding of relational database and structured query language (SQL).

Knowledge in laboratory or quality control (QC) processes.

Technical skills including JIRA and Excel.

Excellent organizational, time management and commitment to delivery.

Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
