PURPOSE
This exciting opportunity exists in Fraser Alexander Belo Horizonte to provide support in the different areas related to Human Resources in FA Brazil, such as staffing, recruiting, training, and organizational development, among others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition
Provide support to end-to-end recruitment processes for FA Brazil (Staff and Project employees).
Develop job descriptions in Portuguese and English.
Conduct internal client meetings for each process (kick-off, short list, conclusion meetings, etc.).
Recruit and create short lists of candidates for each process.
Coordinate candidate interviews.
Onboarding
Helping in the coordination of all onboarding activities.?
Preparation of new employees' communications.
Training & Organizational Development?
Facilitate and support the implementation of training, development, and related initiatives.
Support and collaborate in rolling out a culture of excellence, where people feel engaged and inspired to deliver strong business results.
Assist with coordination, communications, and activities related to Organizational Development (OD).
Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns, focusing on recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
