RMH Systems, one of the largest material handling, packaging, crane, robotic and industrial scale distributors in the Midwest, is currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative to grow sales for RMH Systems.

What You’ll Do
Drive new sales and expand existing relationships in your territory
Bring your proven track record—and ideally, a book of business that may follow
Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions with full control over margins
Choose the vendors you want to work with (yes, you read that right)
Leverage in-house Engineering and Project Management resources… or don’t. Your call.
Work closely with leadership to hit targets and earn performance bonuses

Demonstrated success in packaging, material handling, industrial, or automation sales
A history of hitting (or smashing) sales targets
Existing customer relationships or a book of business that may transition
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Requirements for the position:
4 year degree in Business or related field preferred, but experience trumps this
Mechanically inclined or engineering background is a plus
Outside sales personality & entrepreneurial mindset is a must
Driven, organized, and strong communication skills required
