Position: Line Cook Location: Eagle Trace Golf Club, Coral Springs, FL Department: Food & Beverage, BOH Reports To: Head Chef Position Type: Part-Time Eagle Trace is a semi-private golf and country club known for providing exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests.

We pride ourselves on a fresh, high-quality menu, elegant presentations, and a positive kitchen culture.

We are currently seeking a dependable and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team.

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality dishes in accordance with club recipes and standards.

This role requires a team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for food preparation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities * Prepare menu items according to recipes, portion controls, and plating standards * Work assigned station(s) during service (grill, sauté, fry, salad, etc.) * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, kitchen equipment, and tools * Assist in daily prep work and stocking of stations * Follow food safety regulations and club kitchen procedures * Communicate clearly and respectfully with fellow cooks and kitchen staff * Assist with banquet prep, special events, and off-menu requests as needed Qualifications * 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen preferred (country club or upscale dining a plus) * Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices * Able to follow directions and work quickly and independently or as part of a team * Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time ( up to 5 hours) and lift and carry up to 50 lbs * Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean and professional appearance * ServSafe Certification preferred * Must pass a background check Compensation & Benefits * Competitive hourly wage range: $16 - $19/ hr (based on experience) * Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees) * Meals provided during shifts * Uniforms provided * Golf and club amenity privileges * Opportunities for advancement within the culinary team Schedule * Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed * Shifts may vary based on club dining hours, events, and seasonal needs
