Job Description
1818 Bistro is an upscale eatery on South Main Street. We are new owners and moving the needle forward for dining in the Historic District. We are open Tuesday through Saturday. If you are an enthusiastic, motivated individual who can take direction well and are a self starter we want to speak to you. An integral part of a restaurant is a line cook. Must be able to read a monitor with Toast POS system, work in a fast paced environment, be courteous and kind to fellow employees and be able to learn quickly. Responsibilites include:
Food preparation and food safety knowledge
Responsibility for maintenance and food safety of assigned station.
Knife skills
Opening and closing duties
Ability to step up to keep kitchen clean and organized.
Food preparation and assistance to Chef and Sous Chef
Responsibility for maintenance and food safety of assigned station.
Part-time
