Office Administrator - Columbus (On Campus)

Base Pay Range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Location

Onsite, Columbus

Hours

10am?7pm Monday?Thursday, 9am?6pm Friday

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet all potential and current students in person and over the telephone.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and campus conference room.

Act as liaison between the admissions process and the financial aid department as needed.

Train and pass the Pearson Vue Proctor Exam to register students, administer exams and proctor exams on a daily basis.

Use Salesforce CRM to create, maintain, and monitor student accounts.

Scan, upload, and file documents with sensitive security information.

Manage general admissions documents for the program.

Process student loan requests through private lender.

Perform tasks as directed by the Campus Director, ADOA, ADOE, or other staff members.

Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Excellent typing skills and basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Prioritize tasks and work in a fast?paced environment.

Maintain ethical conduct at all times.

Education & Experience Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Associates degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.

Minimum 1?2 years of experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required).

Attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.

Physical & Cognitive Demands

Listen to employees and communicate verbal and written feedback.

Observe and detect concerns or areas for improvement within the workplace.

Frequently move around the office and customer/prospect locations in diverse environments.

Maintain a high level of consistent cognitive function to negotiate complex transactions.

Stoop, kneel, or crouch when maneuvering the office environment.

Lift up to 25 lbs at times.
