Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Development

Build full-stack features across UI, backend/API, and integrations with a focus on great user experience.

Implement conversational and generative AI functionality into our product.

Contribute to enterprise-grade security features (SAML, SSO, compliance).

Collaborate with design and product teams to create intuitive customer-facing features.

Technical Challenges Youll Work On

Building an intuitive interface that empowers enterprises to design AI solutions.

Designing systems that capture enterprise context and generate governance/risk intelligence.

Implementing secure, scalable features required by Fortune 1000 customers.

Contributing to AI-powered features for policies, controls, and standards.

Team Building & Culture

Establish engineering practices: Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and development methodologies that support rapid growth.

Build for scale: Create the foundation for future engineering hires and establish practices that will support team expansion.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, customer success, and leadership teams to prioritize features and ensure technical feasibility.

Requirements

Must-Have Technical Skills

36 years of experience in full-stack web development.

Hands-on experience with our stack: Next.js, React, Vercel, Supabase (or similar).

Familiarity with integrating AI/ML features (conversational or generative AI a plus).

Strong foundation in modern web development practices.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with enterprise SaaS products.

Exposure to enterprise security standards e.g. SAML, SSO.

Previous startup or fast-paced environment experience.

Comfort working directly with customers/stakeholders.
