Full-Time Warehouse Shipping Associate - 2nd Shift

Your Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various key areas:

Material Handling Equipment Operator: Safely operate equipment like forklifts and electric pallet jacks to lift and move products weighing up to 100 lbs within the warehouse.

Warehouse Porter: Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties, and assist with moving products, ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Warehouse Replenishment: Use material handling equipment to keep stock replenished and organized, adhering to safety protocols.

Receiving/Putaway/Returns: Confirm product accuracy upon receipt, communicate discrepancies with team members, unload trucks, and manage returns effectively.

Shipping: Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders, loading trucks manually in a dynamic environment while keeping your workspace clean and safe.

You may be assigned to any of these roles based on business needs.

What We Are Looking For:

Certification to operate material handling equipment.

Willingness to maintain a clean work area.

Strong collaboration skills and an inclusive approach with colleagues and customers.

Ability to adapt to safety procedures quickly and effectively.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with temperature variations.

Basic Qualifications:

At least 3 months of relevant warehouse experience or equivalent training.

Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.

Basic English skills for effective communication.

Availability to work beyond scheduled hours as business needs arise.

Capability to work at heights up to 60 feet.

Ability to lift, push, or pull products weighing between 70 lbs and 100 lbs by hand.

Must wear safety composite shoes.

Willingness to be active on your feet for the duration of your shift.

Age requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or similar experience.

Experience with warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
