Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: North Vernon, IN 47265

Salary: $28 - $35/hour

Shift: All Shifts

With more than 100 facilities across North America and Europe, we produce a wide range of customizable products, including bags, containers, and foodservice items. As we continue to grow, our North Vernon facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and plant equipment.

What You Will Be Doing

Perform machine setup, preventive maintenance, and scheduled or emergency repairs on production equipment

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems across packaging machinery and facility infrastructure

Read manuals and work orders to diagnose issues, replace or adjust parts, and test equipment for proper operation

Operate hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely while maintaining a clean work environment

What You Need for this Position

High School degree minimum or equivalent, technical certification preferred

2+ years of experience in an industrial technician position

Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting

PLCs/VFD Drives
