Responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate department.
Handling reservations and providing information about services and facilities.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus.
Previous experience in a front office or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and front desk software programs.
