About the Role

We’re expanding our fast-growing Auto Warranty Sales Division and are looking for motivated, energetic individuals who want to take control of their income. If you’re confident on the phone, eager to learn, and ready to join a winning team — this is the opportunity for you!

You’ll be responsible for helping customers find the right vehicle protection plan, explaining coverage options, and closing sales — all from our professional call center environment.

No prior sales experience is required — we provide paid training and all the tools you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

Engage with potential customers over the phone

Present auto protection plan options and explain coverage benefits

Build rapport and close sales in a high-energy environment

Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance goals

Maintain professionalism and positivity while working with the team

Qualifications

No experience required — just motivation and a great attitude

Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating with customers

Reliable, coachable, and goal-oriented

Must be able to work full-time, Monday–Friday

Comfortable using the computer and navigating technology
