Now Hiring: Experienced RBT for School-Based Case in Mission Viejo!

Schedule: TuesThurs 9:30am2:30pm (1015 hrs/week)

Location: Mission Viejo school campus

Were seeking a seasoned RBT/Behavior Therapist (2+ years experience) who:

Has strong communication & professionalism with teachers and staff

What Youll Do

Deliver 1:1 school-based ABA support

Collect accurate data every session

Implement behavior plans with fidelity

Collaborate with school staff & BCBA supervisor

Submit session notes & timesheets timely

Maintain confidentiality & professionalism Requirements

RBT Certification required (2+ years experience strongly preferred)

Passion for supporting neurodiverse children

Reliable transportation & valid CA drivers license

TB test, background check clearance

Ability to sit, stand, kneel, move quickly, and lift up to 35 lbs as needed Compensation

$22$25/hr based on experience and education
