What is the opportunity?
Sales Business Management plays an integral role in the Global Sales & Relationship Management (GSRM) business. GSRM sits within the Global Markets business and is a client facing function providing Global Market products and services to Corporates, Financial Institutions, government, asset manager and hedge funds around the world.
GSRM comprises of 550 people across sales and relationship management team located in multiple geographies.
The Sales Business Management team, working closely with GSRM, is responsible for focuses for;
Sales / Client Strategy and business planning
Control & Governance
Change Management
Business Execution
The team offers individuals the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, creative and innovative organization with a collective ambition to deliver best-in-class sales business management services.
Working Hours : 12pm-9pm / 9am-6pm
What will you do?
Support the existing Sales Business Management team across a number of Business Management roles & responsibilities, related to Control & Governance and Business Execution including but not limited to;
Know Your Client Administration – Working with Sales and Business and Client Services (BCS) to ensure that clients are fully compliant with internal and external requirements in relation to on-boarding, client refresh and other regulatory requirements
Sales Platform Optimization – Monthly analysis of low performing clients for GSRM OC review
Sales people CV split rules and Team CV Split Maintenance – ensuring that CV rules are correctly setup in line with business requests
Sales Administration – Ensuring desk, products and trades are mapped correctly to sales people
Validating primary and secondary sales coverage for Global Sales – Ensuring that Primary and Secondary coverage is up to date and reviewed in line with business requirements
Deal Highlight Repository – Maintain a database on deal highlights for GSRM business activities
Maintenance of GM Sales Org Charts – ensure that regional GM Sales Org Charts are up to date
Weekly Commentaries – compiling weekly commentary on client performance
Ad Hoc Sakes Business Management requirements – provide support to the on-site Sales Business Management team as required.

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
Passion for data and analytics; at least 2 years of work experience in operations, data management or client support
Positive attitude and collaborative work approach
Ability to work in fast-paced environment; be agile and flexible to support business needs
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ambition & drive; doesn’t settle for status quo and looks for ways to improve and thinks outside the box
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to query, organize and structure large amounts of data
Proficiency in BI tools, preferably Tableau
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts & graphs)
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Nice to have:
Global Markets business and product knowledge
Exposure to a Sales environment
