Senior Project Manager

An established, multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consulting firm is seeking a Senior Site/Civil Project Manager to join its growing team in Columbus, Ohio. The Role

This individual will lead and support design, permitting, and client management for a wide range of land development projects, including residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced technical teams and senior leadership across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and permitting of land development projects from concept through completion

Oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and infrastructure design

Prepare and manage regulatory submissions and approvals

Develop and maintain strong client relationships and participate in business development activities

Support and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality, efficiency, and professional growth Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required

10+ years of site/civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred

Strong client management and business development abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
