The individual in this role will be a thought leader and experienced in the utilization of Project Management and Requirements Gathering techniques. This individual is expected to help lead relationships with the business, cross-impacted IT teams, and 3 rd party vendors.
Skills Needed:
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs
Perform data mapping and gap analysis to analyze exiting processes. Recommend enhancements to processes
Design and develop use-cases for future-state processes/workflows
Strong investigative, analytical and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a vast array of information
Project or Program manager experience with ability to manage scope, budget, schedule.
Strong knowledge in software delivery: Waterfall, Agile/Iterative, and/or Scrum
Defining and documenting business and functional requirements on complex, highly visible projects.
Experience in all phases of product, software, and testing lifecycles
Proactively identify risks, and drive action to prioritize, mitigate, and resolve issues
Familiarity with technical documentation (process maps, BRDs, system diagrams, user experience, application maps, test plans, use cases, test cases, etc.)
Create and maintain project plans and schedules
Provide mentorship to junior team members Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a Technology Field
7-10 years experience in Technical Leadership/Project Management
Strong experience utilizing project management tools
Understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (waterfall, agile/scrum) and project management standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst; capable of gathering requirements across multiple teams.
Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Strong aptitude in both business and technology
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to handle multiple priorities and effectively prioritize them
