Personal Care Aide

We’re hiring compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team of Personal Care Aides [PCA/NA/CNA] in Richmond City - Henrico County surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll make a lasting difference by assisting clients with personal care, daily living needs, mobility, medication reminders, and meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

Support clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning

Provide timely medication reminders

Plan and prepare nutritious meals

Perform light housekeeping duties

Observe and report any client condition changes to the RN Supervisor

Qualifications:

Active certification in Virginia as a PCA, NA, or CNA

Compassionate communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Physical ability to assist with mobility and physical care tasks

Reliable transportation to client homes
