Senior Manager, IT Integration (1171187)

Headquartered in Peachtree City, GA - Telecommute position

Responsible for managing and overseeing the integration of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems and team within the organization. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and ensure that all EDI systems are integrated effectively and efficiently. Provide guidance and support to the EDI integration team, and ensure that all systems are secure, reliable, and scalable. Responsible for leading the development of new EDI solutions and driving the adoption of best practices. Develop and manage the EDI integration strategy and roadmap for the organization. Manage the integration process for all EDI systems within the organization, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Lead the development of new EDI solutions and drive the adoption of best practices. Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize EDI integration needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. Manage the EDI integration team, ensuring that they have the resources and skills necessary to complete their tasks effectively. Ensure that all EDI systems are secure, reliable, and scalable, and that they meet industry standards for performance and compliance. Manage vendor relationships related to EDI integration, including negotiating contracts and ensuring that vendors meet their obligations. Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies related to EDI integration and recommend solutions to improve the organization's systems and processes. Develop and maintain documentation related to EDI integration processes and procedures. Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of EDI integration projects, including progress, risks, and issues. Manage the EDI Engineering team member(s), including conducting performance evaluations, managing compensation, and department budget as needed. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that all EDI systems are integrated with other enterprise systems effectively.

The experience and education requirements are:

Eight (8) years of progressive experience in the specialty field

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related degree discipline
