Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

Overview:

TXM is recruiting for a leading automation and intralogistics company, looking for Maintenance Technicians for a flagship site located in Mantua, Italy.

These technicians will take care of preventive, reactive and scheduled maintenance of the machinery on site. They will also use their electrical and mechanical skills to ensure that the distribution plant is operating efficiently and at maximum capacity.

Our client is available to evaluate both Junior and Senior technical candidates. The ideal candidate possesses a basic knowledge in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Working Hours:

Shifts include morning, afternoon, night, and some weekends.

There is a shift bonus of 15% for night shifts and 30% for Sunday shifts.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, reactive, and scheduled maintenance across the site, contributing to continuous improvement efforts

Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated storage systems, conveyors, storage and retrieval systems

Enter job details and fault information into a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Provide exceptional support for systems installed at the customer's site

Maintain and care for machinery and work areas

Experience and skills required:

Experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance.

Experience in any type of maintenance and willingness to learn new systems

Authorization to work in Italy

Ability to converse both in Italian and, preferably, in English
