What You'll Do:

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.

Conduct facility inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.

Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.

Provide coaching and training for employees and supervisors.

Keep accurate EHS records and reports.

Collaborate with operations and EHS teams to drive improvements. What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in EHS, engineering, or related field.

4+ years of EHS experience (agriculture industry experience preferred).

Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, PSM/RMP, and hazard assessments.

Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working onsite, including heights and outdoor conditions; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Willingness to travel up to 50% to assigned facilities. Why Join Us:
