Compensation: $100,000.00-150,000.00(based on experience)

Southeastern Equipment, a leading construction equipment dealership with 20 locations across five states, is seeking an experienced and motivated RetailFinance Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you'll guide customers through every step of the equipment financing processcreating a seamless and positive experience while supporting the success of our sales operations.

Responsibilities:

Customize finance and lease options to meet customer needs

Present and explain aftermarket products (extended warranties, maintenance plans, etc.)

Secure financing through both captive and open-market lenders

Communicate lending programs and promotions to the sales team

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with lenders and sales professionals

Ensure all financing and deal documentation is accurate and compliant

Deliver a first-class customer experienceevery timeWhat You'll Bring

Proven success as a RetailFinance Manager in a dealership environment or equivalent lender experience

Strong understanding of credit products, loan structures, and financing options

Proficiency with DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms
