This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As an Area Senior Marketing Manager you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth.

You will guide brand positioning, lead annual strategic planning, and oversee social media strategy, with success measured by revenue growth, expense optimization, and achievement of channel and market share objectives. This includes overseeing marketing strategy planning for six managed hotels in Colombia, including: Hilton Bogotá Corferias, Hilton Bogotá, Hilton Cartagena, Hilton Santa Marta, Hilton Garden Inn Santa Marta, and Hilton Garden Inn Barranquilla. Reporting to the Director, Hotel Level Marketing - Portfolio Strategy, you will collaborate with managed and brand marketing teams, and regular engagement with each hotel's General Manager and department heads, including Sales, Revenue, Finance, F&B, and Spa.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Manage the strategic direction, execution and audits of assets, collateral, and digital content, including website, 3rd party sites, social media, advertising, and photoshoots.

Create digital media strategies, including email campaigns.

Responsible for agency management and vetting process.

How you will collaborate with others:

Support marketing leaders to establish hotel positioning and content strategies.

Work with marketing leaders and operations to ideate and market hotel experiences.

Collaborate with sales leaders to provide support to all sales-impacted segments.

What you will take ownership of:

Improve campaign strategy utilizing reporting and data to make strategic performance optimizations.

Manage local partnerships that align with each hotel's positioning.

Prepare performance storytelling and present at commercial meetings and hotel reviews.

Supportive Responsibilities:

Participate in trade/business related functions, conferences and workshops.

Align with internal corporate teams including Regional Leaders and Hotel Level.

People Management:

Oversee management and development of marketing leaders.

Interview marketing candidates in collaboration with hotel leadership.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

Seven (7) years of professional experience

Five (5) years of work experience in marketing, advertising, or e-commerce marketing.

Experienced with CMS platforms and digital analytics.

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and oral)

Travel up to 20% (mostly within Colombia; occasional international travel)

It would be useful if you have:

Hospitality experience

Media buying and project management experience

Experience navigating matrixed organizations
