Job Description
General Position Summary:
Primarily responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient flight environment for customers and employee from around the world. Working in a dual position, Dispatcher/Line Service Technician as necessary. This is a part time position, with 8-20 hours per week and may qualify for the employee discount.
Essential/major Responsibilities:
Uphold safety standards of HAA
Maintain aircraft schedule once posted by the Scheduling Department
Accurate data maintenance data entry after each flight
Invoice customers and employees for services and materials
Use Aviation radio and multi-line phone
Flight hours reporting
Auditing flight logs and accurate billing
Projects as assigned by management team
General office cleaning and upkeep
Fueling, towing and cleaning aircraft
General facility upkeep
Quality control for fueling operations including an underground storage tank
Cleaning student housing in the local area
Specific Job Skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in multi-tasking

Must be able to write neatly for precise tracking of fuel operations

Education and/or Experience:
Must possess Driver's License with good driving record and with the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
Previous line service, facility maintenance and/or vehicle maintenance experience preferred
High School Diploma
