Schedule: Full-Time Day or Night Shifts Available

RN Job Responsibilities Your Role in Orthopedic Care

Deliver patient-centered nursing care on a busy inpatient ortho floor

Support surgical recovery and chronic condition management for orthopedic patients

Engage in early mobility programs and pain management protocols

Perform detailed assessments and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with providers and families

Participate in process improvement initiatives and quality standards Required Qualifications

Completion of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred

Active RN license in the State of New Mexico or compact licensure

BLS certification required; ortho-related certifications encouraged

1-2 years of RN experience in orthopedic, medical-surgical, or inpatient care

Strong teamwork, adaptability, and clinical judgment
