Job Description

As a Freezer Team Member and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality meals. Your primary responsibility will be to promptly place prepared meals on freezer shelves, working efficiently to match the pace of meal production. You will also be responsible for ensuring precise inventory counting of the prepared meals as they are placed on the freezer shelves, using our inventory tracking system, and reporting any discrepancies or issues to the Supervisor.

What You Will Do:

Place prepared meals on freezer shelves.

Work efficiently to match the pace of meal production.

Reliable and precise inventory counting of the prepared meals as they are placed into freezers.

Use Inventory Management System for accurate inventory tracking of the prepared meals.

Report any discrepancies or issues to the Supervisor.

All other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:

Previous Production and/or Inventory experience is a plus.

Previous experience, or ability to learn how to use the Inventory Management System.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently with a strong sense of urgency.

Strong time management skills.

Attention to detail.

What You Will Experience:

Work is generally performed in a production/warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

Stand and walk for extended periods of time including over a worktable.

Use hands to manipulate, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.

Perform repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement, feel the attributes of objects, grasp, and push.

Wear personal protective equipment while working (provided) – this might include, and is not limited to hairnet, facemask, gloves, safety glasses, etc.

Reach with arms or hands, including overhead.

Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to inspect equipment and materials.

Regularly lift and carry varying objects of 15 - 40 lbs., and up to 75lbs. throughout the day.
