Your Impact as a CNC Machinist:
Transform engineering concepts into precisely crafted components
Set up and operate sophisticated multi-axis CNC machines
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models
Ensure product quality through detailed inspection processes
Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency
Maintain our high standards for safety and quality
What You'll Bring:
Experience with CNC machinery (mills, lathes, routers)
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360)
Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect to perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.), repetitive movements, and lifting up to 75 lbs. PPE provided.
