Kapolei Counseling Center is proud to be anapproved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) location, offering up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP). This incredible opportunity allows mental and behavioral health clinicians to receive student loan assistance while earning a competitive salaryall while making a meaningful impact in urban, rural, and tribal communities with limited access to care.

Licensed Clinical Therapist Role & Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Clinical Therapist at Kapolei Counseling Center, you will:

Conduct in-depth client interviews and biopsychosocial assessments

Develop personalized treatment plans and administer therapeutic interventions

Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy for a diverse client base (children to elderly)

Review psychological assessments to diagnose and assess client needs

Maintain a clinical caseload via HIPAA-compliant telehealth or in-person sessions

Engage in routine supervision, peer reviews, and case consultations

Candidates must be licensed to practice in the state of Hawaii (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, etc.).
