As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking support and guidance with their benefit-related inquiries, ensuring that every interaction is handled professionally and with care.

Your role is vital in shaping the customer's experience and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

What You'll Do: * Assist Customers: Take customer calls and provide assistance with their questions and concerns regarding stock, retirement, and group benefits in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

* Problem-Solving: Listen to customers, determine the appropriate response or solution, and take necessary action to assist with their needs.

* Collaborate: Work closely with Customer Service Specialists (CSSs) and other team members to ensure seamless customer experience.

Required Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent.

* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an office environment involving customer or employee account transactions (e.g., insurance, healthcare, retirement plans, banking/financial or HR support) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong problem-solving, customer focus and conflict resolution skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* High school diploma or equivalent.
