Provides program direction and support to the Charter Schools Program Grant on behalf of the Educational Options and Improvement Center of the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce: * Assists in coordinating schedules, and organizes complex activities such as stakeholder engagement meetings and work sessions; * Coordinates the planning and development of requests for proposals and serves as a point of contact for vendors; * Coordinates site visit scheduling and supports the CSP data from CSP grant site visits; * Serves as CSP liaison to the Office of Research, Evaluation and Analytics, coordinating collection and analysis of data; * Maintain and update CSP website * Coordinates the work of the CSP Steering Committee * Serves on various committees and task forces upon request of the Chief of Educational Options and Improvement, representing agency program areas or as a representative of the Senior Program Officer's office; * Represents the Chief of Educational Options and Improvement at meetings & conferences with state, federal & community agencies; * Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with senior and administrative staff with Department staff and constituencies; Other duties as assigned.

* Knowledge of project management principles * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Understanding of performance metrics and outcome reporting for funded programs.
* Strong writing and editing skills for proposals, reports, and correspondence * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and recordkeeping * Commitment to transparency, and accountability in funding practices.
