Job Title: Project Architect

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

Salary: 3 – 4.8 LPA ( 25,000 – 40,000 per month)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)

Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Project Architect to manage architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in design execution, working drawings, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Control projects from start to finish, ensuring innovative and functional designs.

Prepare and revise detailed architectural drawings and layouts.

Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.

Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors and clients.

Manage project timelines, reporting, and site execution activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch mandatory).

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project execution and coordination.

Strong technical, design, and communication skills.

Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).

Must be open to regular site visits and client interactions.
