Position: RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Fallon, Nevada — earn up to ($2132 - $2245 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Support a culture of accountability and results-driven performance.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care.
Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in the state of Nevada with ICU experience.
Proven ability to monitor and assess critically ill patients effectively.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.
Experience in administering medications and treatments in an ICU setting.
Strong collaboration skills to work with healthcare teams on care plans.
Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management effectively.
Experience in maintaining accurate and timely patient records.
Utilization of data to track patient outcomes and improve care practices.
Willingness to engage in performance reviews and adapt based on feedback.
