Position: RN-Oncology (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Oncology for a 13-week contract in Anchorage, Alaska — earn up to ($2138 - $2251 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments to patients.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Engage in performance evaluations and set personal growth goals.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and side effects.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Evaluate and implement best practices in oncology nursing.
Stay updated on oncology advancements and emerging therapies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Utilize data to assess treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes.
Foster a supportive environment for patients and their families.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Alaska with oncology certification preferred.
Experience in administering chemotherapy and oncology treatments.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new oncology advancements.
Strong communication skills for educating patients and families.
Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.
Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
Ability to evaluate treatment effectiveness using data.
Experience in setting personal growth goals and performance evaluations.
