Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Birmingham, Alabama — earn up to ($1670 - $1757 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Utilize electronic health records for accurate documentation.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Alabama with MedSurg experience.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Ability to achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Strong understanding of patient care plans and documentation.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
Proficient in electronic health records and data entry.
Strong communication skills with patients and families.
Ability to educate patients and families effectively.
Experience with quality improvement initiatives in healthcare.
Willingness to assist in training and orientation of new staff.
